Miscareainseamna sanatate curata

Iar am primit ceva dragut (de multe ori dragutz=kitsch,nu de data asta) de la http://www.1funny.com/exercise.shtml
M-a distrat cu atat mai mult cu cat chiar am nevoie sa fac multa miscare, din motive de multe hibe la capitolul sanatate, dar de-o vreme miscarea preferata e click, click pe tastatura, si asta doar cu doua degete, ca n-am facut scoala speciala de batut cu 10 degete, ca sora mea, si nici n-am vointa de fier ca sotul meu iubit sa ma apuc sa invat dactilografie la varsta mea avansata.
  • Este f bine documentat ca pt fiecare minut in care faci miscare castigi un minut de viata. Astfel la 85 de ani vei putea petrece inca 5 luni in plus la azil contra sumei de 5000$ lunar.
  • Bunica a inceput sa alerge 5 mile pe zi cand a implinit 60 de ani. Acum are 97 si dracu stie pe unde o fi alergand.
  • Singurul motiv pt a incepe sa fac miscare ar fi sa aud iar pe cineva gafaind.
  • Trebuie sa incep sa fac exercitii fizice dimineata devreme, inainte ca sa inceapa creerul sa-si dea seama despre ce e vorba.
  • Imi plac alergarile lungi, in special cand le face cineva pe care nu pot sa-l sufar.
  • Am niste coapse flescaite, dar din fericire sunt acoperite de burta.
  • Avantajul miscarii in fiecare zi e ca te ajuta sa mori mai sanatos.
  • Si ultima dar nu cea din urma: nu fac miscare ca sa nu-mi sara gheata din paharul de whisky

Ai putea sa alergi cu mesajul asta pana acasa la prietenii tai, dar e mai simplu sa-l trimiti prin email.

Am lasat mai jos textul original, pt ca e o chestie pe care n-am priceput-o (aia cu show up) si alta intraductibila (aia cu cross-country skiing) dar care mi se pare buna.

I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to show up.

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.

I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them.

The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier.

If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country.

And last but not least: I don't exercise because it makes the ice jump right out of my glass.

You could run this over to your friends but why not just e-mail it to them!

M-am inscris la sala anul trecut, m-a costat cam 400 de dolari. N-am slabit nici un kg. Se pare ca trebuie sa te si duci acolo. :DD
